Jury Duty Policy
Reputection.com considers it a civic duty to serve on a jury. If you receive a summons or other notice of jury duty, you should bring it to your supervisor the first working day after you receive it. An employee's regular days off do not change because of jury duty.
Employees may receive some payment from the court for their jury service. While participating in jury service, an employee will be paid his or her regular straight time salary for all working hours spent on jury duty, reduced by any amount of jury compensation paid to the employee.
An employee serving on a jury should contact his or her supervisor daily to advise the supervisor of his or her status and the projected end of the jury duty.
This policy may be modified, in whole or in part, at any time.
