Position: Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Location: Telecommuting

Salary: $187,875.00 (Starting) with a $22,000.00 sign-on bonus

Job Description:

Reputection.com is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic financial planning. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP and CFO will play a key role in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies, plans, and policies to optimize the company's financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to executive leadership and department heads to support decision-making and drive business growth.
• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and long-term financial sustainability.
• Evaluate and recommend financial investments, opportunities, and risk management strategies to maximize shareholder value and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead financial audits, tax planning, and compliance efforts, working closely with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and business growth in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions and driving results.
• Ability to adapt to change, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with financial software systems and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
